A low VOC, non-flammable, aqueous based cleaning solution formulated for automated ultrasonic stencil cleaning. Residues are rinsed off with de-ionised water. SCS 15-22
An ozone friendly, non flammable, aqueous based saponifier for efficient cleaning of electronic assemblies and general degreasing operations. Residues are rinsed off with de-ionised water. White spun lace small aperture wipes, low lint, very strong wet or dry, no chemical binders, low extractables. Wipes soaked with Surf Clean SCS 10-0 an IPA based cleaner, which is used for cleaning in cleanrooms and other controlled environments because of its enhanced ability to clean a wide range of contamination from critical surfaces. It evaporates quickly. It removes dust, grease and fingerprints, and is particularly effective on stainless steel. Total Clean Stencil Wipe Bucket
White spun lace, polyester and cellulose 68gsm Lint free wipes with a smooth surface. Low lint and solvent resistant.

Wipes are soaked with a unique blend of hydrocarbon solvents, which offer efficient paste removal of rosin and rosin free solder paste. The solvent blend has been carefully chosen to allow sufficient time to thoroughly clean dried paste on the stencil or squeegee blades. Total Clean Advance Flux Residue Remover
A CFC Free solvent based cleaning solution for bench top removal of flux residues after the soldering process. Total Clean 440 In Line or Stage Batch Cleaner
Total Clean 440 is totally miscible in water and biodegradable. Total Clean 440 has a higher saturation point to allow more cleaning before exhaustion. It works at low operating temperatures and is a clear colourless liquid with only a mild solvent odour.Total Clean can be used with in-line or stage batch cleaning processes. Total Clean 500 Concentrate
A CFC Free cleaning solution designed for use in ultrasonic cleaning or spray and immersion systems.

Total Clean has a biodegradable solvent blend designed to clean PCB flux residues to military solvent cleanliness. Total Clean 500 is used as a 5-10% solution in water. The blends of solvents which make up Total Clean 500 dissolve all types of organic residues (including flux and grease) and inorganic material, quickly and efficiently. Total Clean 500 is equipped with an indicator system which warns the user the cleaning solution is exhausted, this eliminates titration checks. The colour change is from pale blue to yellow. 		Ideal for removing a wide range of saponifiable and water soluble fluxes from PCB’s, leaving bright and shiny solder joints. 0.5L, 1L, 5L, 10L, 25 Litre containers
