RoHS- Restriction of Hazardous Substances
The RoHS Directive and RoHS Regulations came into force on 1st July 2006. All European member states have an obligation to ensure that new electrical and electronic equipment put on the market does not contain any of the six banned substances:- lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, poly-brominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) in quantities exceeding maximum permitted values.

In no event shall the Company be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether the claim is in contract, negligence or otherwise.
