REACH
REACH is a European Union Regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. It came into force on the 1st June 2007 and replaces a number of European Directives and Regulations with a single system.
A major part of REACH is the requirement for manufacturers or importers of substances to register them with a central European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
Warton and REACH
Warton Metals have worked closely with the suppliers of chemicals and confirm that all of the products manufactured by Warton Metals contain chemicals, which have already been pre- registered with REACH.
There are no SVHC’s (Substances of Very High Concern) in any of the products Warton Metals manufacture to date (May 2011).
There will be no disruption to supply on any of the products Warton manufacture, due to the REACH regulations..

In no event shall the Company be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether the claim is in contract, negligence or otherwise.
