No Clean Cored Solder Wire
Warton manufacture a full range of NO CLEAN cored solder wires to suit all applications. Cored Solder Wires are available in leaded and lead free alloys and wire gauges from 10swg (3.25mm) to 32swg (0.274mm).

Autosol is a unique flux "core" contained in Warton's High Purity Solder Wire. Autosol is a precision manufactured solder wire dedicated for manual (hand soldering), automated and high speed soldering applications. Autosol is available in three flux formulations:
SRA (1% Halide)
RA (0.5% Halide)
RMA (Trace Halide)
All three formulations offer efficient soldering of Copper, Brass, Nickel and Zinc. Applications include lamp and Component technology and sensitive electronic assembly.
Autosol is available in all lead free and lead based solder alloys.
Warton High Purity Solder Alloys and offers three flux percentages to allow the user to balance flow rate with residue levels. All flux residues are clear and conform with the most stringent of international and commercial specifications.
Future no clean cored solder wire is a clear residue, no clean cored solder wire available in a halide free formulation in 1% and 2% flux contents. Future exhibits the absolute minimum of clear residue after soldering, with no offensive odours generated during use. Future is suitable for full assembly work, re-work and post cleaning assembly.
A halide free no clean cored solder wire available in 2 and 1% flux. Available in wire gauges from 10swg-32swg.
