Machine Profiling

Warton offer a profiling service to help customers. The profiling service can be used for the following:-

• To check the variation of temperature across the belt of a reflow oven, through each heat zone.

•  To obtain a relationship between the oven temperature settings and the temperatures reached on the PCB.

• To monitor the surface temperature of surface mounted components to ensure that they are not being overheated during processing.

• To monitor the solder paste and surface mounted component leg temperatures, to ensure solder reflows for a sufficient duration to make a good solder joint.

A technical representative from Warton, will visit your site on request to advise on manufacturing queries.
