Hardcore is a flux "core" contained within a Warton High Purity Solder Wire. Warton Hardcore is a blend of rosins carefully chosen to exhibit the greatest level of protection against corrosion, with added activators for improved soldering performance (rapid fluxing action for high speed soldering), Hardcore eliminates soldering defects, has no offensive odours and is an assured, non corrosive, no clean cored solder wire as per BS 5625, BS 441, QQS 571E, DIN8511 & DTD 599A.

Hardcore was developed as a no clean cored solder wire to satisfy an ever growing demand for flexibility. A No Clean Cored Solder Wire must meet the requirements of 'individual' product service life, speed of soldering, acceptable residue levels and should have no corrosion potential.

Warton Hardcore is a halide free cored solder wire.

Hardcore Flux Percentage

Warton Hardcore is available with two flux percentages ( 2% and 1%) offering an improved level of control and greater flexibility when balancing the level of residue after soldering and the speed at which the solder will flow.
