A rosin based range of no clean fluxes available in varying solids contents from (3-35%) with rosin activated and halide free formulations suitable for conventional and dual wave SMT manufacturing processes.
Hardcore fluxes are controlled by their specific gravity.

Hardcore 202 No Clean Non Corrosive Flux

A 3.5% solids flux suitable for most no clean professional soldering applications. Hardcore not only improves soldering performance (no bridges or icicles) but also reduces costs as cleaning is not necessary.
Hardcore 202 No Clean Non Corrosive Flux is suitable for spray and foam fluxing systems.
Hardcore 202 has been specially formulated with an addition of rosin ensuring excellent S.I.R values and copper mirror corrosion properties exceeding Bellcore TR-NWT-000078 and J-STD-004.

Hardcore 202 HF No Clean Non Corrosive Flux

A halide free, 3.5% solids flux suitable for most no clean professional soldering applications. Hardcore 202 HF offers excellent solderability with minimal level of flux residue. Hardcore 202 HF is suitable for spray and foam fluxing systems.
