Autosol For High Speed Soldering Cored Solder Wire

Autosol is a precision made solder wire dedicated for automated and high speed soldering applications.  Autosol is available in three flux formulations SRA (1% halide), RA (0.5%) and RMA (Trace Halide).  All three formulations offer efficient soldering of copper, brass, nickel and zinc.  Applications include lamp and component technology and sensitive electronics assembly.  Autosol is available in all Warton High Purity Solder Alloys and offers three flux percentages to allow the user to balance flow rate with residue.  All flux residues are clear and conform with the most stringent of international and commercial specifications.

Omega Rosin Free Cored Solder Wire   

A rosin (colophony) free cored solder wire range which contains no rosin/resin acids, pine oil or other naturally occurring derivatives from pine trees and has been specifically designed to help reduce the number or world wide cases of industrial asthma, related to rosin usage within a cored solder wire.  Omega is available in three formulations (Omega Standard, Omega Plus and Omega Brush Wipe), in all solder alloys, including lead free alloys and in wire gauges from 10swg (3.25mm) to 32swg (0.274mm).  Omega passes the copper mirror corrosion  and surface insulation requirements of Bellcore TR-NWT-000078 and J-STD-004. 

Hardcore No Clean Cored Solder Wire 

A range of rosin based no clean cored solder wires, available in High Purity Solder Alloys.  Flux formulations include RMA, Halide Free and High Active.  Flux contents include 2,1 and 0.85% flux to allow the user to choose between flow and accepted residue levels.   Wire is available from 10-32swg.  Hardcore offers the flexibility of an entire range of materials suited to all levels of work from surface mount electronics assembly to electrical products and cable preparations.

Future Low Residue No Clean Cored Solder Wire

A Clear residue, no clean cored solder wire available in a halide free formulation in 1% and 2% flux contents.  Future exhibits the absolute minimum of clear residue after soldering, with no offensive odours generated during use.  Future is suitable for full assembly work, re-work and post cleaning assembly.

Hydro Flux Water Wash Cored Solder Wire

A colophony free cored solder wire, available in organic activated and halide free formulations, suitable for surface mount and conventional assemblies.  Hydro Flux exhibits minimal fuming during use and the absolute minimum ionic contamination after cleaning.

Activ8 Acid Cored Solder Wire

An acid cored solder wire for metal fabrications.  Solders brass, bronze, cadmium plating, copper, galvanized wire, iron, lead, mild steel, nickel and nickel plating resistance wires (although flux residues must be removed), silver, spring steel and zinc plating.  Activ8 can be used for a variety of uses but should not be used for electronic assemblies.
