Quality
-
In order to assure that our products are effective and consistent,
Warton Metals follow the following principles:
Warton are an ISO 9001:2000 registered company. Our
Advanced Product Quality Planning system, integrates multi-disciplined
input from both companies involved. This relationship is usually
specific to each organizations individual needs and is defined
at the outset.

By virtue of
the process in which our products are used, the demands are
extremely severe. If the product fails, the results could have
serious, sometimes catastrophic implications. In order to assure
that our products are effective and consistent, Warton Metals
follow the principles of Advanced Product Quality Planning,
as laid down in QS 9000.
Planning, Product
Design and Development
A great deal of time
is spent developing and validating the design of products before
they are released. The various ingredients are carefully
screened and checked for quality, consistency and environmental
impact, before being approved for inclusion within a formulation.
Product and Process
Validation
Now that the product and process meet
the required criteria, as laid out at the planning and design
stage. The product is now tested for production batches, ensuring
the processes are correct and are capable of producing consistent
quality from batch to batch.
The Environment
As a manufacturer following
the principles of ISO 14001, we consider it our responsibility
to constantly update products - as new technology becomes available.
For this reason, we
employ highly qualified research scientists to ensure our products
are as environmentally benign as possible. By closely monitoring
all studies carried out, on the products used in our manufacture
and by working closely with the relevant governmental agencies,
we can tailor our development plans to reflect the latest findings.
